Nice Buns 🍔
Super Bowl is this weekend, and Tiny the Truffle Dog along with his buddy, Chuy, have cooked something up for you! 🏈
This is another easy and AMAZING recipe perfect for sharing (or to keep for yourself)

* Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F or a low broil.
* Combine 1/2 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt (add to taste) in a small bowl. Set aside.
* Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, and place the ground beef in the middle of the pan. Cover the meat with a large sheet of plastic wrap. Roll meat with a rolling pin until it covers the surface of the pan; it should be very thin. Remove the plastic wrap, and sprinkle the meat with the seasoning mixture. Fold the meat in half, from side to side, using the parchment paper. Cut the meat into 8 even squares.
* Slice slider buns in half and butter the faces. Toast buns in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until light golden brown. Meanwhile, place the burgers on the griddle or a large pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place a thin slice of a creamier cheese after the first flip.
* Remove the buns from the oven. Spread a small amount of Black Truffle Tartufata on each bun and top with the burger and any other condiments, as desired.

Rice Krispies Treats, Truffle Queen style! 👑 We

Rice Krispies Treats, Truffle Queen style! 👑 We’ve added our best selling Truffle Almond Brittle to this classic to add some crunch and extra flavor!

Recipe:

Melt 3 tbsp. butter in saucepan on low.

Add 1 package (10oz.) marshmallows and 1/2 cup to 1 cup Truffle Almond Brittle (the more crumbs and small pieces, the better!) Stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat.

Stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.

With a buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press mixture into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

Once cooled, cut into squares and drizzle Coop’s Salted Caramel on top.

Enjoy!
