10 Year Riserva & Herb Oil Set

We love this aged balasamic for use in salad dressings and dipping plates!  It's got just a hint of sweetness from being aged, with just the right tanginess to suit veggies - especially tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.  It'll become your new "go-to" balsamic!

A flavorful blend of Extra virgin olive oil, white, black, pink and green peppercorns, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and hot peppers - perfect with anything savory, from meats, fish, salads, dipping bread, marinades and more!

Mix them, 50/50, then add any EVOO in ratio roughly 1:5 (eg: a little bit of balsamic + herb oil to a LOT of EVOO) for an amazingly flavorful and fresh-tasting salad dressing, marinade or dipping oil.
