Soft Torrone w/ Almonds (200g/7oz)

Since 1883, and for seven generations, D. Barbero has been producing torrone and other specialties in Asti, Italy. Barbero’s torrone is a traditional Italian sweet made of nougats and nuts is still produced according to old recipes. Made with egg whites, a high percentage of Piedmont hazelnuts or Sicilian Avola almonds, and carefully selected millefiori wildflower honey. After their torrone is cooked, it gets taken out with wood “paddles” and shaped by hand in beech moulds, cooled and cut by hand before packing
