OUR LATEST COLLAB is with Binko's Hot Sauce from Pennsylvania! Tim bopped in last Spring, and got to chatting with Edward, who is CRAZY for spice - but only if it's flavorful. They put their heads - and our truffle products - together with Calabrian chilis, Tim did his special alchemy...and this is the fabulous result: a zesty sauce that's on the higher-end of medium spicy, with the perfect hint of Truffle.
Excellent in Blood Mary, for spicing up a marinara, bright and flavorful for breakfast foods and pizza, BBQ, roasted veggies, corn on the cob and more. Add to Alfredo sauce (or a touch of cream) for spicy prawns!
