A smooth pistachio chocolate shell gives way to a soft, velvety pistachio cream centre, with delicate flakes of sea salt balancing the sweetness and bringing out the nut’s naturally savoury character.

Made by artisan Piedmontese chocolatier Bodrato, established in 1943, they combine traditional Italian chocolate-making with an irresistible contemporary flavour. Beautiful with an after-dinner coffee, or simply when a little pistachio indulgence is called for.
