Description

Named for its color (green and yellow), this rich pasta is made with eggs and spinach, for a delicious and tender tooth.  The pre-portioned “nests” unfurl as they cook, and are the perfect shape for most sauces, or to be served simply with butter, olive oil, and parmesan cheese.  Try it with any of our pestos, tossed with chicken, sausage, or seafood.
